What happens if I’m not at home when the delivery is made?

Our courier partner will leave a message and will try to deliver it later. Please coordinate the order and delivery such that the recipient is available to accept the delivery at the provided address. The recipient must have a copy of any of the below-mentioned ID proofs and must sign on receiving the product:

  • Pan Card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voter ID Card
  • Aadhar Card
How soon will I receive my order?

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the domestic order is delivered within 5-7 working days of you placing the order.

Where do you deliver within India?

Currently we deliver to selected cities within India. Please check if we deliver to your area/city by entering your pin code in the shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area/city, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

In the unlikely event that an order gets lost during transit, we wait for 15 days to track your lost order and if we are still unsuccessful, then we process your refund through the payment mode that you had opted for at the time of placing the order.

How can I know the status of my order?

You can track your order by using Orders link after logging in to your account. It will redirect you to our courier partner’s website to track your shipment.

I can't find my answer on the FAQ list, what should i do?

That’s not a problem because you can contact us any time by e-mailing us or using whatsApp or call us. Our customer service team will be delighted to be of any assistance to you because we always want our customers to be happy.

What if my finger turns green wearing your rings?

Sterling silver is the best variety of silver that is available for jewelry-making. To be able to wear sterling silver even if you are allergic to copper, you can apply skin protecting lacquer on your finger before you wear sterling silver rings. This is a transparent liquid like nail polish which will protect your finger against any metal you are allergic to.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Sterling Silver is very easy to maintain as it is already packed with copper’s rigidness that will make it last longer than forever. The only thing you need to take care of is keeping it away from moisture and chemicals, and you’ll be good. Keep all your jewelry in separate pouches made of a soft cloth away from moisture in a dry place.

Is all your jewelry 925 sterling silver?

Yes, all our jewelry is certified 925 sterling silver.

Will i receive the exact item shown on the picture?

The item shown in the picture will slightly differ from the article that you will receive because of the difference in lighting conditions, photography, screen’s brightness, and other settings, etc. Please refer to the previous questions to know more about the difference between the image and the actual product

Why is the color of the stone/jewelry little different from the picture?

The color of the jewelry/stone may slightly be different from the pictures because of the various reasons listed below:

Your monitor/mobile device’s screen configuration and brightness settings

Lighting conditions and professional photography may make the jewelry look brighter and crisper than what it looks like in-home lighting conditions.

No two gemstones are ever the same, and that’s what makes your jewelry unique. This means that the stone in the photo is different than the one you have received, and it may have slightly different characteristics to it than the one shown in the photograph.

How come the item i have received is smaller than what is shown in the picture?

We enlarge the product image so that our customers can have a better closer look. However, we provide information related to the height and width for each and every product. This will make things clearer for you.

PAYMENTS

My transaction failed but money was deducted from my account. What do I do?

Write in to our customer care or call us on 9512925925 with the details of the order ID and the payment transaction made. We will look into the matter at the earliest and arrange for your refund once we get the confirmation from our bank.

What are the reasons that my credit/debit card may get refused?

Debit & credit card companies refuse authorization of cards for specific reasons such as:

The card number and/or other details of the card entered is/are not valid (sometimes a typographical error)

The card does not have sufficient balance to make the payment of your order

The expiration date is not entered correctly (sometimes a typographical error

Please contact the respective debit/credit card issuing bank for further clarifications.

How safe is it to make an online purchase?

We at Praavy are concerned about the safety and security of our customers. For enhanced security, Praavy does not accept any financial information on its servers. All information entered by the customer is directly received through the payment gateway and are transmitted to their respective banks’ servers.

What are the various options available for making payments?

Payment can be made via credit cards, debit cards, international cards and net banking option. In case of international credit cards, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted.

Can I track my order? If yes, then how?

Yes, we provide tracking services. As soon as your product is dispatched, we will update the tracking number in your account under ‘My Orders.’ You can visit Tracking Services and see where your jewelry has reached.

What is the dispatch time?

We ship all the jewelry within 24-48 hours .

Do you provide multiple deliveries in single order?

One order cannot be split into multiple delivery addresses. All items in one order will be shipped to one address only. Separate orders have to be created for separate delivery address. One Order goes out as one package/ box.

How is the product packed?

Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered, please do not accept delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel is arrived in a secure manner.

How can I find a particular product that I am looking for?

You can directly search for the product that you are looking for by using the search field provided at the top of every page. Please note that it is possible that certain products may not be available for online purchase or may be out of stock. Also, the filters and the suggested products will help you find your desired product.

How do I understand which size will fit me?

Please download our size chart which illustrates the range of sizes for different items.

Can you arrange for the delivery of a product which is available in the retail store but not available online?

Currently, we will only be able to deliver products which are available on our website. However, you can be assured that you see nearly all the products available at the store here on the website.

Is there any difference in the products available on the websites and at the retail stores?

All products being sold on websites are exactly the same as that being sold in the retail stores.

Are the personal details that I have shared with you secure?

We understand that your privacy is important to you and we respect that. We ensure you that we will maintain complete confidentiality of the details that you have shared with us. You can refer to our Privacy Policy tab in Terms & Condition Section.

I don’t remember my password. What do I do?

You can enter your e-mail address and click on the “forgot password” link and we will e-mail you a system generated password on your registered email address. You can then set a new password once you sign in with the system generated password.

Can I edit my personal details?

Yes, you can edit your personal details any moment from MY ACCOUNT.

Do I need to register to be able to shop from Praavy’s website?

No, you can shop as a guest if you do not want to register on this website. However, we strongly recommend that you register on our website as it makes your checkout faster, allows you to track your order, save products that interest you to your wish list (which you may access at a later time) and provides a better shopping experience.
